That’s what Arm Balance Bootcamp is all about: taking the raw material within you and strengthening and developing it to achieve challenging transitions and postures. The work can include basic exercises tied to a complex arm balance transition, or a simple arm balance transition that serves as a complex exercise. And all of it is aimed at making you stronger, more proficient, and excited to keep moving.
