You were born to run. But don’t take my word for it. Plenty of research, along with numerous articles and books, exist to support this statement. While we’ve arrived in a more technologically advanced society and, as a result, live more sedentary lifestyles, our physiology remains that of the hunter-gatherer.

In short, we need to move to be healthy. And since not all movement is created equal, we need to move in ways that make the most sense for our bodies. To this end, Run 4 Your Life is kicking off to help you get up and get running. Join us in February for a month of miles in both exercise and knowledge.
