Halloween in Moderation

Halloween is coming up, and so are sales on epic amounts of chocolate. There’s nothing stopping you from enjoying both.

Nothing but your own commitment to a stronger, healthier you.

This doesn’t mean that you need to cut out the partying and candy altogether. Go to the costume ball. Enjoy a drink or two. Have some candy.

Just don’t go overboard.

Easy enough to consider, not so easy to put into practice if you don’t already have the habits in place to act accordingly. This is where discipline comes in. if you lack the discipline to partake in just a little, don’t partake at all. 

Ultimately, you want to enjoy your life to its fullest while doing the best for yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually. However, this takes work. It’s massive effort up front, but eventually becomes habitual.

And it’s the habits you want, as good habits will relieve you of the struggle.

Take accountability for yourself. Know your limits and either remain within those bounds or don’t partake at all. Your future stronger healthier you will thank you.

Get moving.
Keep moving.
