Specifically for mindful, conscious movement. These sessions are unstructured and oriented toward developing intrinsic and structural strength and restoring fascial tissue. If you have not done so already, please book an Initial Consultation prior to booking a Personal Yoga Session.

Personal Training Sessions

Specifically for fitness-oriented movement. These sessions are structured with reps, sets, and holds, designed to target specific muscle groups. If you have not done so already, please book an Initial Consultation prior to booking a Personal Training Session.
