Arm Balance Bootcamp is a six-week program that continues the focus on foundational strength, but changes the approach, taking a majority of the work off the ground and onto your hands. CORE Foundations served to establish a baseline of strength and began to develop and build on that strength towards better movement. Arm Balance Bootcamp refocuses all of that energy and attention into a program that defines an approach to acquiring skills that are challenging and often beyond the scope of most programs. You’ve built up the strength and good movement habits in Foundations. Now learn what it takes to build up to the skills you want, and how to follow through with the work.
