CORE Weekly continues the focus on foundational strength, but changes the approach dramatically. CORE I and CORE II served to establish a baseline of strength and began to develop and build on that strength towards better movement, respectively. CORE Weekly offers you a framework upon which to build your own workouts: the work is based in CORE I & II content, and can be completed as-is, or modified to fit your routine. The idea is to help you create a movement practice that will develop your stamina and endurance, building on the tools you’ve acquired thus far to pursue your own skills practice, in whatever form that may take.
NOTE: this is a monthly subscription service. The workouts are released weekly.
